Background

I am a Texas-licensed attorney with more than a decade of experience across legal, compliance, investigations, and risk management. My background includes service as a law enforcement investigator, advising organizations in complex regulatory environments, and supporting leadership teams through sensitive matters requiring careful judgment.

This experience informs a practical understanding of how regulatory agencies evaluate conduct, how internal failures develop, and how organizations can unintentionally create exposure despite good intentions. I focus on real-world application rather than theoretical compliance.
